The Liverpool squad began their time in Japan on pre-season tour with something a little different on Monday morning.
Arne Slot’s team visited the Koyasan Tokyo Betsuin temple in Tokyo, where they had landed on Sunday evening to begin the second leg of their trip to Asia.
At the temple, they were guided by a monk in a bespoke meditation session, ahead of returning to on-pitch training later in the day.
