NewsEuro 2024: Vitezslav Jaros named in provisional Czechia squad

Vitezslav Jaros has been named in Czechia’s provisional Euro 2024 squad ahead of next month’s international tournament.

The Liverpool goalkeeper, who spent the second half of the 2023-24 campaign on loan with Sturm Graz in the Austrian Bundesliga, has been included in his nation’s initial 26-man squad for the competition.

Czechia are in Group F, facing Portugal (June 18), Georgia (June 22) and Turkiye (June 26) in the opening phase of the tournament, which begins in mid-June in Germany.

Final squads for the Euros must be confirmed by June 7.
