Liverpool FC will dispatch tickets to supporters within 2 working days following any purchase, subject to receiving tickets from the opposition.

In the event your tickets do not arrive by 1 working day prior to the game, please telephone our Customer Services team on 0151 264 2500.    

Tickets being held for collection

Supporters who have requested to collect their tickets from the Ticket Office, Anfield must produce the following forms of identification:

  • Proof of address; this can be in the form of a utility bill but photocopies will not be accepted.
  • Payment card used to purchase the ticket(s)

AND one of the following:

  • Driver's Licence  
  • Passport
