We have received an allocation of 3000 tickets. Included within the allocation are 10 wheelchair bays with associated personal assistants. Ambulant seating is also available.

Supporters will be required to download a one-off NFC pass to their smartphone to gain access to Portman Road and will be issued their NFC pass via email from Wednesday 2 September.

Ticket Forwarding will not be available for this fixture. Tickets are strictly non-transferable.

Supporters not in possession of a ticket are advised not to travel.

Within the allocation in the Upper Tier, there are a number of restricted pitch view tickets available at full price, as well as severely restricted in view tickets which are discounted by £1. These seats will be clearly marked as restricted view or severely restricted view at the point of purchase.

Supporters in possession of concessionary tickets will be asked for ID at the turnstiles with entry refused, if the relevant ID is not provided. Please note that all supporters aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Tickets will be available online to Season Ticket Holders and All Red members (Full, Light,or Junior) based on their Premier League Away Match Credit Balance.

Stadium & Seating Information

Safe standing areas are in the Upper tier, VU1, VU2 and VU3 and will be identified at point of purchase. Supporters who choose these seats will be allocated a seat as normal and will be able to remain seated during the game if that is their preference. Supporters should be aware that surrounding fans may wish to stand.

Please note that there is metal railing located in the middle sections of VA and VL.

The lower tier is not recommended for children under the age of 5.

Ambulant Information

Ambulant supporters can choose seats in all areas however, Ipswich Town recommend that those with limited mobility, select seats within area VA.

There is no lift access to the upper tier, nor an accessible toilet facility.
