Local Laws and Behaviour
Before travelling, you are encouraged to familiarise yourself with local laws and customs before travelling.
Bruges is generally a welcoming and safe destination for visitors. During your visit, please respect local residents, businesses and fellow supporters.
As with any busy tourist destination, you should remain vigilant against pickpocketing and petty theft, particularly in crowded areas, around the city centre and near transport hubs. Keep valuables secure, avoid leaving personal belongings unattended and stay aware of your surroundings.
The use of pyrotechnics, excessive alcohol consumption and anti-social behaviour may result in action from local authorities or stadium security.
Fan Information
You are encouraged to gather in Markt Brugge or Eiermarkt, which are the recommended meeting locations identified by Bruges Police.
The recommended way to travel to the stadium is by the dedicated shuttle bus service operating between Vrijdagmarkt and Jan Breydel Stadium. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes and, while not mandatory, is recommended due to limited public transport options and road closures around the stadium.
If you are travelling by coach, you will be dropped off at Bargeweg / Vestibuleplein before making your way into the city centre.
Please follow the instructions of local police, stewards and Club staff throughout the day.
