Lily Woodham, defender - Liverpool FC
Wales left-back Lily Woodham joined Liverpool FC Women ahead of the 2025-26 season.
An experienced performer in both the Barclays Women's Super League and at international level, she moved to the Reds from Seattle Reign in the USA.
She had moved to Reign in early 2024, though spent most of the 2024-25 campaign back in England with a loan spell at Crystal Palace, featuring in 20 matches in the WSL.
Woodham gained her first senior experience while still a teenager at Bristol City during 2017-18 and then moved to Reading.
Five-and-a-half years with Reading – which also included a loan spell at Charlton Athletic – saw her feature regularly and eventually assume the captain's armband in the months before her transfer to Reign.
