Gemma Evans, defender - Liverpool FC
Defender Gemma Evans signed for Liverpool FC Women in August 2024.
An experienced Wales international, Evans joined the Reds from Manchester United, where she spent the 2023-24 campaign.
Ahead of making the move to Merseyside, Evans gathered a wealth of Barclays Women's Super League experience, racking up more than 100 appearances in the top flight.
She began her career with Cardiff City, and spells with Yeovil Town, Bristol City and Reading preceded her move to United. Evans was part of the United squad that lifted the Women's FA Cup in May 2024.
Upon joining the Reds, Evans said: "It's a massive move for me. Last season was a difficult year for me as I had to learn to be a teammate in a different way on the field. So it's so exciting to be at Liverpool."
