Aurélie Csillag, forward - Liverpool FC
Forward Aurélie Csillag joined Liverpool FC Women in the January 2026 transfer window.
A Switzerland international, Csillag signed for the Reds from SC Freiburg and will bolster head coach Gareth Taylor's attacking options.
Born in Zurich, Csillag began her career with FC Blue Stars in her home city, before breaking through at senior level after moving to Grasshopper Club in 2020.
A transfer to FC Basel followed in February 2023 and, a couple of months later, she earned her first senior international cap.
Csillag then joined Freiburg in the summer of 2025, making 14 appearances and scoring four goals for the Frauen-Bundesliga club prior to her switch to Liverpool.
