Alejandra Bernabe joined Liverpool FC Women on loan from Chelsea in January 2025.

The left-back will spend the remainder of the 2024-25 season with the Reds and, after signing, said: "I'm the type of person who gives a lot of energy.

"I'm aggressive on the pitch and I like to attack and defend. I like to run a lot and I can be aggressive. I play left-back so I have to run a lot. I always try to give 100 per cent, be aggressive and I like to get crosses into the box."

Bernabe, who joined Chelsea from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2023, has one senior international cap for Spain. She was also part of her country's squad that won the Women's U17 European Championship in 2018.
