Helping Liverpool become Premier League champions would be the fulfilment of a dream for Conor Bradley.

The Northern Ireland international has featured in 14 of the Reds’ 32 top-flight matches so far this term as Arne Slot’s side have opened up a 13-point lead at the summit.

Six points in the remaining six games is the maximum Liverpool require to deliver the club’s 20th league title, and the trophy could be secured as soon as Sunday.

“It would be really special if we can get over the line,” Bradley told BBC Sport. “Whenever you join a club like Liverpool you dream of winning the Premier League.

“I have supported Liverpool all of my life and bringing home the Premier League would be so special.”

The Reds travel to Leicester City this weekend for a 4.30pm BST kick-off at King Power Stadium.

Slot’s charges will be looking to follow up a dramatic 2-1 victory at home to West Ham United last time out, when Virgil van Dijk scored an 89th-minute winner.

“We have just got to keep playing our football,” said Bradley, who returned to the starting line-up against the Hammers after an injury. “We are top of the league for a reason, because we have played really good football.

“And hopefully if we can do that for a few more games we should have it won and I am sure there would be great celebrations if we do it too.

“It’s been a bit of a frustrating year for me with injuries, but I am really happy to be back and back with the team, and hopefully I can help as much as I can and bring the Premier League home.”
