NewsWorld Cup: Victor Munoz and Spain ease through to Round of 16
Victor Munoz's Spain eased into the last 16 of the World Cup with a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Austria.
Liverpool forward Munoz remained on the bench throughout Thursday’s knockout tie at Los Angeles Stadium, which his country won comfortably thanks to goals by Mikel Oyarzabal (two) and Pedro Porro.
Spain will now face either Croatia or Portugal in the Round of 16 in Dallas on Monday.
