The 21-year-old Denmark international had to leave the Prenton Park pitch during the first half of the Barclays Women's Super League contest.A scan has now revealed damage to a medial ligament that will force her to miss the last six league games of the campaign.Dr Amelia Woodhouse, club doctor for LFC Women, said: "Sofie sustained a knee injury during Sunday's game which was confirmed to be ligament damage following a scan."She will now begin a period of rehabilitation at the club and will miss the final games of the season."
