NewsRun to Anfield participants can win signed Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez shirts
Those who raise £150 or more for the club’s official charity before the campaign closes on September 1 will automatically be entered into the draw, with two lucky winners selected at random.
Up for grabs are a signed Virgil van Dijk shirt and one signed by Joe Gomez, a fantastic reward for supporters raising money that will go towards helping LFC Foundation tackle social inequalities in the Liverpool City Region and beyond.
With just over three weeks to go until BBC Radio Merseyside presenter Leanne Campbell sounds the starting horn for Run to Anfield 2026 on August 1, the prize draw acts as an added incentive for those taking part to boost their fundraising.
Participants can choose between a 5K and 1K route, both finishing at Anfield. After crossing the finish line, runners will have the opportunity to go behind the scenes and step pitchside to capture an iconic post-race medal photo.
Registration for Run to Anfield remains open, with places available on both the 5K and 1K routes. Secure your place now.
For those yet to begin fundraising, setting up a JustGiving page is quick and simple. Ready-made social media graphics are also available to help spread the word among friends, family and colleagues.
Throughout the 2024-25 season, the Foundation supported more than 145,000 people through programmes focused on health and wellbeing, employability, tackling social inequalities and much more.
