NewsRio Ngumoha wins LFC Goal of the Month for April
Rio Ngumoha’s brilliant curler against Fulham has been voted Liverpool’s Goal of the Month for April.
The teenager scored for the first time at Anfield to set the Reds on their way to a 2-0 victory over the Cottagers in the Premier League.
Jinking infield from the left flank, Ngumoha created space to arc a precise finish into the far corner.
His effort topped a poll of supporters on Liverpoolfc.com, ahead of Florian Wirtz’s clinical drive to seal the home win against Crystal Palace.
Mohamed Salah was in third and fourth places with his goals versus Fulham and Everton respectively, while Andy Robertson took fifth for his strike past Palace.
