RC Strasbourg Alsace pay respects at Hillsborough Memorial
RC Strasbourg Alsace paid respects at Anfield's Hillsborough Memorial on Sunday.
The Ligue 1 side visited Merseyside last weekend to face Liverpool in a pre-season fixture that they won 3-0 against Jürgen Klopp’s team.
Ahead of the match, Strasbourg president Marc Keller led a delegation from the club in laying a wreath at the memorial in honour of the 97 supporters who lost their lives as a result of the events at Hillsborough on April 15, 1989.
