Club statementOnly buy Carabao Cup final tickets from Liverpool FC
Liverpool FC is urging fans to only purchase tickets for the Carabao Cup final from the club, as it is the only official seller of LFC tickets for the Wembley clash with Newcastle United on Sunday March 16.
Supporters should be aware that ticket checks will be carried out on the day and where a ticket has been found to have been resold, the supporter may be denied entry to Wembley.
If supporters do purchase tickets from unofficial sellers, the club will not be in a position to help if they are refused entry.
The ticket sales process will start on Wednesday February 12. Full details can be found here.
Liverpool FC will once again use digital ticketing for all fans to access the stadium for the final, which was successfully used for the 2024 final. Please note that these digital tickets are not NFC but will still sit in the digital wallet of supporters’ smartphones.
This year the digital tickets will be added to supporters’ ticketing accounts and will be available to download from ‘My Account’ in the week leading up to the game. There will be no official tickets in circulation ahead of this date, so please beware of any fake tickets.
Tickets are strictly non-transferable and are not available to distribute to other supporters. If any supporter is offered tickets, or is aware of tickets being offered for sale, they can report this anonymously here.
All reports of ticket touting or online ticket fraud will be investigated in line with the Liverpool FC sanctions process. If a supporter has been found to have offered a ticket for sale online, this could result in a lifetime ban for that individual.
Last season alone, LFC shut down almost 100,000 fake ticketing accounts, while issuing 75 lifetime bans and 136 indefinite suspensions.
This season, the club has continued to increase its investment in anti-touting measures following an increase in the number of fans being defrauded, particularly online.
