NewsMia Enderby voted LFC Women Player of the Month for January
Mia Enderby has received Liverpool FC Women's Standard Chartered Player of the Month award for January.
The forward claimed the most votes in a supporter poll on Liverpoolfc.com to collect the prize for the second time in her Reds career.
Enderby appeared in all three of the team's matches in the opening month of 2026, during which they went unbeaten.
"It's an honour for me and I wasn't expecting it," the No.13 said at the AXA Melwood Training Centre. "I'm really pleased and hopefully there will be many more to come.
"I know this is voted for by the fans and they mean everything to us. They support us every game and they follow us all over the country so I want to thank them for this."
She got herself on the scoresheet in a convincing 6-0 win away at London Bees in the fourth round of the Adobe Women's FA Cup.
Her undoubted highlight of January was a match-winning cameo off the bench when Liverpool beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 at St Helens Stadium in the Barclays Women's Super League.
Enderby played a starring role in the stoppage-time opener – officially ruled as an own goal – and then, seconds later, netted the clincher with a clinical finish.
The 20-year-old continued: "I came off the bench and I had to make an impact and help the team out.
"I got our first goal and I was shaking with that and then I managed to get another one and it just put everyone at ease."
Enderby shared her appreciation for the guidance given to her by head coach Gareth Taylor, who was a striker in his playing days.
"He's a great manager, he supports the young players and has trust and confidence in them and he helps me a lot," she said.
