NewsLFC Women v Leicester pitch inspection update
Today's Barclays Women's Super League fixture between Liverpool FC Women and Leicester City Women has passed a pitch inspection.
A 10am check of the Prenton Park pitch by match officials found it was fine to host the match, which is due to kick off at 2pm.
However, the officials expressed some concern about conditions in surrounding areas and these are being cleared now.
A further check will take place at 12pm and an announcement will be shared as soon as possible with supporters.
