Liverpool FC Women have completed the loan signing of goalkeeper Jennifer Falk, subject to international clearance and a work permit.

The Sweden international joins the Reds from BK Hacken, where she has played for close to a decade.

The 32-year-old links up with Gareth Taylor's goalkeeping unit for the remainder of the 2025-26 campaign and will wear the No.28 shirt.

"I'm very happy and very excited," she told Liverpoolfc.com at the AXA Melwood Training Centre. "It's been a dream I've had to play in this league and this is a really big club, so I'm really happy.

"I think the environment here is amazing, it's very cosy but it's big and it has everything that you could need. It was a nice feeling just seeing everything.

"I always try to be myself and I am very vocal and driven, and I'll just try to do the same things here that I have done before."

Falk arrives on Merseyside with a wealth of experience and has earned 39 caps for her country to date, which includes appearances at the 2020 Olympics, 2023 Women's World Cup and Women's European Championship last summer.

She captained Hacken in their 2025 Damallsvenskan-winning campaign – the club's second championship in their history – and has also previously played in the Champions League.

Falk began her career at Torslanda IK, ahead of moves to Jitex BK and Mallbackens IF.
