Lily Woodham scored for Wales on Tuesday in a game that saw Ceri Holland receive her 50th cap for the nation.
Woodham was introduced to the Dragons' friendly with Switzerland for the beginning of the second half and netted within 60 seconds of her arrival onto the pitch.
Holland was a starter for her side in the 3-2 victory and featured for just over an hour.
Elsewhere, Jenna Clark and Kirsty Maclean started for Scotland in their 3-2 win over China, while Emilia Szymczak played the opening 40 minutes as Poland beat Latvia 3-0.
Beata Olsson (Sweden) and Fuka Nagano (Japan) were unused substitutes.
