Anna, it's a pleasure to welcome you to Liverpool. How does it feel to have completed your move here?

Thank you very much. It feels amazing to be here. This has been my dream since I was a little kid – Liverpool has always been my favourite team and my whole family is supporting them as well, so it's big for me.

It must be such a proud moment for yourself and your family…

Yeah, as I said, this has been a dream for me and my family as well, so it feels so great to be here.

You have joined from Hammarby after two-and-a-half years there. What convinced you that Liverpool was the right club for the next step in your career?

I spoke a lot with Gareth [Taylor] and Andy [O'Boyle] and that felt so good, and also to play in the Barclays Women's Super League, the best league in Europe, is something I really look forward to.

You will have had conversations with Gareth about how he sees you fitting into the team. How important were those talks?

That was really important. He knows my playing style and I think I will fit in good here. I'm really excited to get started.

You've had a look around the AXA Melwood Training Centre – was the quality of the facilities an important factor in making your decision to come here?

The facilities are so nice. I've never seen this in a women's team before, so it's great to see the facilities and this is a place I can develop as a player.

There is quite a contingent of Scandinavian players here – will that help you settle in quickly?

Yeah, that will help a lot, to help me with my English and to have Norwegians and Scandinavians here will help a lot.

What qualities will you bring to this team?

I would say I am an offensive player who likes going forward. I like going one-against-one with defenders and I also like to get crosses into the box. So, I'm an offensive player.

The prospect of testing yourself in the WSL must be something you are looking forward to, too?

Yes, this is so big for me. To play for this shirt is going to be so special, so I can't wait to get started.

Wearing the badge will be extra-special for you being as you are a Liverpool supporter. What is your message to the fans who will be watching you from the stands?

I will give everything on the pitch and I can't wait to see them.
