The list was compiled by journalists operating in 37 countries and a panel of football experts, with players born on or after January 1, 2003 eligible.Elliott has made 19 appearances for Liverpool’s first team since arriving in 2019, having also benefited from a loan spell at Blackburn Rovers in the Championship last term.Gordon, meanwhile, has enjoyed a breakthrough campaign in Jürgen Klopp's senior squad, featuring four times in 2021-22.
