VideoA Day With... Hugo Ekitike: How LFC has changed his life and truth behind 'burner' account
Hugo Ekitike is the focus of our latest 'A Day With...' feature – watch the episode in full on All Red Video now.
Presenter Rubi Deschamps and our cameras followed the Frenchman around for unrivalled insight into his life off the pitch and the early phases of his Liverpool career.
Ekitike has racked up 10 goals amid an encouraging debut season with the Reds so far, having completed a switch from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer.
It's proving to be another beneficial life experience for the 23-year-old, with England now the fourth country he has called home.
"My life changed completely since I signed here," Ekitike says. "I'm even more famous in my country. Also the level of the games I play. It's just a different life.
"How people see me, I feel like a lot of people know me. I like the side that people recognise that you're good at football, people like what you do on the pitch. But I like kind of being calm outside.
"I would just love to do every random thing outside. That's how I see life."

On adapting to Liverpool, he adds: "If you don't have pressure, if people don't care, that means you're not at the right place. I'm at the right place.
"I know what people expect. I have my expectations too. I'm just working on being as good as people expect me to be and I know I'm in a place I was dreaming to be.
"I've been to so [many] places and you always have something to reach. I think that's what football is. I always think that football makes you tired physically but mentally, if you want to get to the top and do and achieve things, it's always about [going] again and again and again.
"Because if tomorrow I score a brace and I say, 'I'm really good', it stops. Obviously I want to be the best – that's why I'm playing. But I know I have so much work, so [many] things to improve. But, of course, I want to be the best."
Elsewhere in the episode, Ekitike explains the reasoning behind his two public Instagram accounts.
His main one is solely dedicated to football, while the other is used to express his personality.
"The first time I've seen that, it [was from] an NBA player who was doing that," Ekitike says. "I found that kind of cool. I think I could do even more good.
"For me it's personal, so you can't really judge what I do. I feel like you can't really express yourself. Like every time I go on my account, I know I'm going to post football stuff, can't really post if you're happy or you're not.
"I like the second one because it's more like mood. I can show how I feel, what makes me love. That's what people need because they only see proper posts of footballers. I'm human. It's just to show I'm just like you. I think more people should do that.
"You know what, I think I take more time to choose the song than the pictures. I think the music makes me take time to post."
