NewsConfirmed: LFC Women's pre-season friendly schedule
Liverpool FC Women’s schedule of pre-season games is now complete.
Matt Beard’s side will start their build-up to the Barclays Women’s Super League (BWSL) on Sunday July 31 with a home training ground game at The Campus against Nottingham Forest Women, who play in the National League North.
Then it’s on to Prenton Park and the first opportunity for supporters to come along to see the squad as they take on Blackburn Rovers Ladies from the Barclays Women’s Championship on August 7.
Tickets for the 2pm BST kick-off are on sale now here priced just £5 for adults and £1 children/concessions. All season ticket holders can watch the game for free.
Next up it’s the first clash with BWSL opposition as the team travel to Carrington for a match against Manchester United Women on August 13.
The Reds then go to Aston Villa’s Bodymoor Heath training facility on August 17 before a trip to Loughborough University and a meeting with Beard’s former club West Ham United Women four days later.
Liverpool complete their pre-season fixtures with a game against Manchester City Women at the Academy Stadium on August 27.
