By Glenn Price
The Scotland international claimed the prize following his excellent form for loan club Middlesbrough in the Championship.
Doak, who is spending the 2024-25 campaign with Boro, registered five assists from his five league outings during November.
After collecting the trophy, the 19-year-old said: "It's good to be recognised for my performances, but I couldn't have performed the way I did in November if it wasn't for the rest of the lads.
"I enjoyed the month and I'm sure a lot of the lads did as well, because it was a positive month for us.
"I got more assists than goals but I'm just happy to be helping the team out any way I can."
Doak has made 19 appearances in total for Michael Carrick's side this term, scoring on two occasions.
