These Ticket Terms contain important information relating to your purchase and use of a Home Match Ticket. Your attention is drawn to clauses 7.2, 9 and 13 in particular but you should read the entire document.

1.1 In these Ticket Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:“Away Club” means the football club playing against the Club;"Burner Phone" means a mobile telephone device and/or SIM card acquired for temporary or short-term use, including any pay-as-you-go device or SIM card that is not ordinarily used as a supporter’s primary mobile device and/or is not registered to the Ticket Owner (including, without limitation, not being registered or linked to the Ticket Owner’s personal Apple or Google accounts, where applicable);“Club” or “we” means The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited (trading as Liverpool Football Club) and any of its affiliates;“Club’s Official Sanctions Process” means the Club’s sanctions process which can be found <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/corporate/official-sanctions-process">here</a>;“Club Personnel” means the Club’s directors, officers, employees, staff, workers, contractors or agents;“Commitment” means the Premier League’s Commitment Regarding Abusive and Discriminatory Conduct which can be found <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/terms-and-conditions/premier-league-commitment-regarding-discriminatory-and-abusive-conduct">here</a>;“E-Ticket” has the meaning provided at clause 3.1;“Fan Update” means the verification process which a ticket holder may be required to complete, details of which can be found here: details of which can be found at <a href="https://faq.liverpoolfc.com/articles/fan-update/what-is-lfc-fan-update-why-is-the-club-doing-it-and-who-needs-to-complete-it/661673e99a44044c1d040849">here</a>; “Football Authority” means each of the Premier League (the Football Association Premier League Limited), the Women’s Super League (Women’s Professional Leagues Limited), The Football League (The Football League Limited), The Football Association (Football Association Limited), The Football Association of Wales (The Football Association of Wales Limited), FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association), UEFA (Union des Associations Européennes de Football) and other relevant, successor or replacement governing body of association football;“Friends and Family” means the individuals who are linked to the Ticket Owner’s account via the “Friends and Family” function within;"Ground" means the football stadium known as “Anfield” and/or any other locations owned, occupied or utilised by the Club to play Matches;"Ground Regulations" means those ground regulations issued by the Club from time to time that set out the terms and conditions upon which spectators are granted entry to the Ground which can be found <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/terms-and-conditions/ground-regulations">here</a>;“Material” means any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data;“Match” means any football match which the Club participates in from time to time;“Season” the 2026/27 football season;“Ticket” means an E-Ticket or such other ticket as the Club may provide from time to time which entitles a person to attend a Match;"Ticket Exchange" means the Club's authorised ticket resale facility as detailed in clause 13;“Ticket Forwarding” means the Club’s authorised ticketing forwarding function as detailed in clause 13;"Ticket Information” means the specific information located on the sale page for the relevant Match which sets out the price of a Ticket, the applicable fulfilment mechanism for that Ticket, any eligibility criteria for supporters to satisfy in order to purchase that Ticket, applicable stadium policies or requirements and/or any other details or conditions which are applicable to a supporter’s purchase and use of a Ticket;“Ticket Owner” means the individual named as the owner of the applicable Ticket within the applicable ticketing account (which, for the avoidance of doubt, may be a Ticket Purchaser);“Ticket Purchaser” means the individual named as the original purchaser of the applicable Ticket from the Club;"Ticket Terms" means these terms and conditions; and"Terms & Conditions of Entry" means together the: (a) these Ticket Terms; (b) the Ticket Information; (c) the Ground Regulations; (d) the Commitment; (e) any other applicable terms and conditions as referred to on the Club’s <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/liverpool-football-club-terms-and-conditions">website </a>from time to time and any rules and regulations of any Football Authority in place from time to time;"Tragedy Chanting” as defined in the Ground Regulations.1.2 For the purposes of this Agreement: 1.2.1 references to persons include any individual, company, corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture, association, organisation, trust, state or agency of a state (in each case whether or not having separate legal personality); 1.2.2 references to legislation include that legislation as amended, consolidated, re-enacted, replaced or extended from time to time and any subordinate legislation made under it; 1.2.3 references to clauses, schedules or paragraphs are to clauses, schedules or paragraphs of this Agreement unless stated otherwise; 1.2.4 use of the singular includes the plural (and vice versa) unless the context requires otherwise; and 1.2.5 the words “including”, “in particular” or similar expressions are illustrative and do not limit the sense of the words preceding them.

1. Definitions

2.1 The issue of a Ticket and subsequent access to the Ground is subject to all components of the Terms & Conditions of Entry, each aspect of which can be accessed via the Club’s website <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/liverpool-football-club-terms-and-conditions">here </a>or which can be provided upon written request to the Club). Tickets for disabled supporters are also subject to the applying supporter being registered as disabled with the Club.2.2 A Ticket is to only be used by a supporter of the Club. By applying for and/or using a Ticket, the Ticket Owner hereby warrants and represents that the Ticket Owner is a supporter of the Club.2.3 The Club may require Ticket Purchasers and/or Ticket Owners to verify their identity and/or to verify the security of their Ticket and/or member account at any point in the application process and/or at any point during the Season (including but not limited to as part of Fan Update). Failure to complete such required Club processes when requested may result in a suspension or cancellation of a ticketing account, the cancellation of any Ticket(s) and/or a Ticket Purchaser or Ticket Owner being prevented from participating in any ticketing sales or registration processes.

2. Issue of a Ticket

3.1 Subject to clause 3.4 below, all Tickets will be issued as electronic mobile tickets using near-field communication technology (or such other technology as the Club may decide to use from time to time) (an “E-Ticket”).3.2 To use a Ticket, a Ticket Owner is required to download the E-Ticket to their mobile smartphone by following the instructions provided by the Club. It is the Ticket Owner’s responsibility to ensure the relevant E-Ticket is displayed correctly on a mobile smartphone in order to gain access to the Ground for a Match. Tickets that are not displayed correctly (for example, due to a defective mobile smartphone or insufficient battery) will be rejected and the Ticket Owner may be refused entry.3.3 If a Ticket Owner does not hold a compatible mobile smartphone, or is unable to download or access their Ticket via a mobile smartphone device, they must inform the Club and the Club will discuss alternative access options that may be available depending on the circumstances. The permitting of such alternative access options is always at the Club’s sole discretion.3.4 In the event that a Ticket Owner forgets their device on which the Ticket is held in E-Ticket form, or any other ticket that may be issued to the Ticket Owner by the Club from time to time, the Club shall not be obliged to admit the Ticket Owner or issue any other form of ticket for that Match.3.5 Each E-Ticket may only be downloaded once and must be downloaded solely to the device of the Ticket Owner named on the Ticket. E-Tickets must not be added to or stored on any other person's device, except where the Ticket Owner is a junior or a disabled supporter, in which case the E-Ticket may be downloaded to the device of the accompanying adult or personal assistant attending the Match with them.

3. Mobile Ticketing

4.1 If a Ticket Owner inadvertently loses, misplaces, damages or destroys a Ticket (including losing or no longer having access to the device on which the Ticket is stored in the form of an E-Ticket) they should report this to the Club as soon as possible.4.2 If a Ticket (including the device on which the Ticket is stored in E-Ticket form) is stolen, a Ticket Owner should report this to the police, and the relevant crime number should be quoted in all correspondence with the Club.4.3 If, in the Club’s opinion, a Ticket (including the device on which your Ticket is stored in E-Ticket form) is damaged, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, or no longer functioning, a duplicate Ticket in E-Ticket form, or such other alternative ticket as the Club shall choose to provide in its sole discretion, shall be issued by the Club as soon as reasonably practicable unless the Club reasonably believes that a Ticket Owner is, or has been, acting in a fraudulent or illegal manner and/or in breach of any Terms & Conditions of Entry. In making its decision, the Club shall be entitled to request all reasonable evidence of the need for a replacement Ticket, including (without limitation) a police crime reference number where a device and a Ticket is stolen or evidence that the applicable device or the Ticket is damaged. Unless decided by the Club otherwise, only one (1) duplicate Ticket will be issued to a Ticket Owner and a Ticket Owner may be required to sign a document confirming that the original Ticket is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed and indemnifying the Club against any direct or indirect consequences of such matter having been falsely represented or stated to the Club. The Club may require a Ticket Owner to attend the Ground or another location in person to collect/download the duplicate Ticket (or any match-day duplicate ticket) and provide the Club with satisfactory evidence of your identity.

4. Lost or stolen Tickets

5.1 By purchasing and/or using a Ticket to gain access to the Ground, a Ticket Owner:5.1.1 certifies that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions of Entry;5.1.2 agrees to be bound by and to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry; and5.1.3 agree to bring to the attention of others, as required below, the Terms & Conditions of Entry.5.2 A Ticket permits the Ticket Owner to occupy the seat indicated on the Ticket (or such other alternative seat as the Club may, from time to time, allocate to the Ticket Owner at its sole discretion) at the applicable Match. Access to the Ground pursuant to a Ticket shall be for the purposes of private enjoyment of the applicable Match only. A Ticket shall not be used for any commercial purpose.5.3 Nothing in these Ticket Terms entitles the Ticket Owner to occupy the seat indicated on the Ticket at any subsequent Match and/or at any non-football events held at the Ground.5.4 Save as set out in clause 5.5 below, the Ticket Owner shall not capture, log, record, transmit, play, issue, show or otherwise communicate (by digital or other means) any Material in relation to a Match, any players or other persons present in the Ground, nor may the Ticket Owner bring into the Ground or use within the Ground (or provide to, facilitate or otherwise assist another person to use within the Ground) any equipment and/or technology which is capable of capturing, logging, recording, transmitting, playing, issuing, showing or otherwise communicating (whether recorded or live and by digital or other means) any such Material in relation to a Match (or any aspect of it), any players or other persons present in the Ground. Any person acting in breach of this provision may have such equipment or technology confiscated and/or may be required to deliver up any tapes, films, disks, memory cards, memory sticks or other recordings of the Material (and all copies thereof) in whatever form, to any Football Authority and/or the Club. In addition, the Club reserves the right to eject the Ticket Owner from the Ground in circumstances where they are in breach of this clause 5.4.5.5 Mobile telephones and other mobile devices are permitted within the Ground, PROVIDED THAT: 5.5.1 they are used for personal and private use only (which, for the avoidance of doubt and by way of example only, shall not include the capturing, logging, recording, transmitting, playing, issuing, showing, sharing or any other communication of any Material for any commercial purposes); and 5.5.2 no Material that is captured, logged, recorded, transmitted, played, issued, shown or otherwise communicated by a mobile telephone or other mobile device may be published or otherwise made available to any third parties including, without limitation, via social networking sites.5.6 The copyright, database right and all other rights, title and interest in and to all Material that a Ticket Owner produces at the Ground in relation to a Match, any players or other persons present in the Ground and/or the Ground itself is hereby assigned to (as applicable) any Football Authority or the Club, including by way of present assignment of future copyright pursuant to section 91 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Each Ticket Owner further agrees (if and whenever required to do so by any Football Authority or the Club (as applicable)) to promptly execute all instruments and do all things necessary to vest the right, title and interest in such rights to (as applicable) any Football Authority or the Club absolutely and with full title guarantee.5.7 Save for official Club merchandise and/or other football-related clothing worn in good faith, a Ticket Owner shall not bring into, use, wear, or display within the Ground any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.5.8 A Ticket Owner shall not offer or distribute (either for free or for sale by any person) within the Ground any consumer article or commercial product of any nature. For the avoidance of doubt this clause shall not prevent the lawful distribution of text publications in any format which do not infringe clause 5.4 above where both the content and the publication are lawful in all respects and do not in the Club’s reasonable opinion constitute a threat to public order.5.9 The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Ground any person who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry. In such circumstances, no refund or alternative seat will be offered to the offending Ticket Owner.5.10 Any attempt to gain access to a section of the Ground allocated to Club supporters wearing or carrying apparel (including, without limitation, hats and/or scarves) that demonstrate support for the Away Club may result in admission being refused or the offending Ticket Owner being ejected from the Ground. In such circumstances no refund or alternative seat will be offered, nor any form of compensation or refund for missing part or all of a Match. Further, the Club reserves the right to impose further sanctions on a Ticket Owner and/or a Ticket Purchaser in such circumstances, including (by way of example only) the cancellation or withdrawal of a Ticket, other ticketing accounts and/or participation in any Club ticketing scheme.5.11 Entry to the Ground is subject to the Club’s ‘No Bag Policy’, details of which can be found at: <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/info/stadium-access">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/info/stadium-access</a>. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund shall be due to the Ticket Owner where the Ticket Owner is unable to attend a Match due to the Ticket Owner’s failure to comply with this policy.5.12 Without prejudice to the representation at clause 5.9 above, in accordance with the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, any member club of the Premier League from time to time may enforce a breach of the Tragedy Chanting prohibition contained at paragraph 9 of the Ground Regulations relating to the banning of individuals from stadia and/or locations owned, occupied or utilised by any other member clubs of the Premier League from time to time who have engaged in Tragedy Chanting.5.13 Age Restrictions: 5.13.1 Children aged under 16 years must be accompanied by a Ticket Owner who is a parent, legal guardian or chaperone and who is aged 18 or over at all times when at, or around, the Ground, no child under the age of 16 will be permitted access to the Ground if unaccompanied by a Ticket Holder who is aged 18 or over. 5.13.2 No infant under the age of 2 years is: 5.13.2.1 permitted to enter or access the stadium bowl (meaning the tiered seating / standing area surrounding the pitch) within the Ground at any time regardless of whether such infant Ticket Owners are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or chaperone. 5.13.2.2 children aged 2 or over must hold a valid Ticket and be accompanied by a Ticket Owner who is a parent, legal guardian or chaperone aged 18 years or over at all times when at, or around, the Ground. 5.13.3 The Club reserves the right to eject any Ticket Owner and their parent, legal guardian or chaperone where the terms of this clause 5.13 are not complied with. 15.3.4 You must be aged 16 years or over to purchase a Ticket and your admission to the Ground is subject to your compliance with these Ticket Terms, in particular clause 5.13.3.

5. Admission to the Ground

6.1 Tickets are issued for the use of the Ticket Owner regardless of who makes payment for the Ticket and the Ticket Owner shall not sell, dispose of, assign or transfer a Ticket or the benefit of it to any other person except: 6.1.1 via the Ticket Exchange; 6.1.2 using Ticket Forwarding in accordance with clause 13 below; or 6.1.3 by transferring your ticket via any official Club ticket transfer scheme that the Club may implement from time to time.6.2 Save for where otherwise agreed by the Club, If more than one Ticket is issued to you, one Ticket must be retained by you for personal use, and the remainder must be transferred and/or resold in accordance with clause 6.1 above.6.3 A Ticket Owner shall not use the Ticket for any commercial purpose including, but not limited to, selling the Ticket. The reference to selling a Ticket includes (except where expressly authorised by any Football Authority or the Club (as applicable)): 6.3.1 advertising the sale of a Ticket or the benefit of it (including, without limitation, advertising via any website, social media page or online auction site); 6.3.2 permitting a Ticket to be offered for sale; 6.3.3 making a Ticket available for sale by another person; 6.3.4 advertising that a Ticket is available for purchase, which for the avoidance of doubt (and by way of example only) means that the Ticket may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition; 6.3.5 transferring, lending or selling a Ticket to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package; and 6.3.6 giving (or offering to give) a Ticket to a person who pays or agrees to pay for some other goods or services (or offers to do so) or used for any other commercial purpose.6.4 Where the sale of a Ticket is permitted by the Club pursuant to clause 6.1, the Ticket Owner shall: 6.4.1 not sell or transfer the Ticket for consideration the value of which exceeds the face value of that Ticket; and 6.4.2 ensure that the sale or transfer of the Ticket does not take place during the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business.6.5 Save as where otherwise agreed by LFC, any sale of a Ticket to any third party save as expressly permitted under these terms may result in the Club refusing such third party entry into the Ground.6.6 The use of a Ticket may entitle the Ticket Owner to a credit for the applicable Match in the applicable competition. For more details on how credits are earned and lost, please see <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/ticketing-policy-update/multi-year-loyalty">here</a> for details on how credits are earned for each applicable competition. For the avoidance of doubt, where there is any query as to whether a match credit has been earned and/or forfeited, the Club’s decision on such query is final.6.7 By purchasing a Ticket, a Ticket Purchaser warrants that it intends to attend the relevant Match and that they are not purchasing such Ticket for the purpose of obtaining the relevant credit. Where the Club becomes aware or reasonably suspects that a Ticket Purchaser has purchased a Ticket for a Match that they are unable to attend or have no intention of attending, and such Ticket is not subsequently distributed, forwarded or resold in line with this clause, the Club may, at its sole discretion, not issue the Ticket Purchaser with a credit in respect of the relevant Ticket and/or remove previous credits from the Ticket Purchaser’s ticketing account.6.8 The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Ticket may amount to a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. We may press for charges to be brought against those breaking this law. If a Ticket Owner and/or Ticket Purchaser is convicted of an offence, or we reasonably suspect that a Ticket Owner and/or Ticket Purchaser has committed such an offence, we may notify any Football Authority (as applicable) and, if necessary, other Football Authority clubs (who may in turn notify other football clubs), event holders, the police and/or the UK Football Policing Unit and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities. The information that we share may include personal data (including name, contact details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify and prevent offences and disorder at Matches.6.9 The Ticket will remain the property of the Club at all times and must be produced by way of E-Ticket (or such other ticket as the Club may provide to the Ticket Owner from time to time) together with photographic evidence a Ticket Owner’s identity if required to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer. The Club reserves the right to require the immediate return of the Ticket at any time.6.10 Any Ticket obtained or used in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry may, at the Club’s sole discretion, be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Ticket may be nullified. Any person seeking to use a Ticket in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry (including the Commitment) in order to gain entry to the Ground or remain at a Match may be considered to be a trespasser and may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the Ground in respect of a particular Match and/or may have his/her Ticket cancelled or withdrawn.6.11 In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause, no refund shall be payable in respect of the Ticket. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal or disciplinary action against any person(s) as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of any profits made from an unauthorised use of the Ticket.6.12 Where you lose match credits, purchase eligibility or any other entitlement as a result of a breach of these Ticket Terms, the Club shall not be obliged to reinstate, restore or award such match credits, eligibility or entitlement at any time thereafter.6.13 Junior Tickets are issued on the strict condition that adults cannot use a junior Ticket. Further, Tickets for disabled supporters and their personal assistances are issued on the strict condition that the personal assistant may not use their personal assistant Ticket to attend a Match without the disabled supporter. The Club reserves the right to carry out frequent spot checks to enforce these rules.6.14 For the avoidance of doubt each Ticket Purchaser agrees that they will only apply for, and shall only purchase and/or use, a Ticket which they are eligible for, and the Club reserves the right to refuse entry and/or take any other sanctions which the Club deems appropriate where the Club determines that an individual is using a ticket that the Ticket Owner is not eligible for (for example, using a concession ticket as an adult, using a personal assistance ticket without accompanying a disabled supporter etc.)6.15 If an individual leaves the Ground at any time on the day of a Match, they will not be entitled to re-enter the Ground except where the Club expressly approves (in its sole discretion) such re-entry.

6. Use of a Ticket

7.1 No guarantees can be given by the Club that a Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Club reserves the right to reschedule any Match or, if necessary, play any Match out of view of the public without fans in attendance or at reduced capacity, without notice and without any liability whatsoever, other than set out in these Ticket Terms. A Ticket will enable a Ticket Owner to attend a re-arranged Match if such Match is to be played in view of the public with the Ground at full capacity and all fans in attendance and the Club recommends that Ticket Owners visit the Club website on a regular basis in order to check the latest dates and times of Matches. Where a Match is either cancelled or played out of view of the public without fans in attendance or at reduced capacity (and a Ticket Owner is unable to attend the Match), the Ticket Owner shall be entitled to receive a pro-rata refund.7.2 The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs, relating to any alteration of the time or date of any Match, cancellation, postponement or abandonment of a Match, a Match being played out of view of the public without fans in attendance or being played with a reduced capacity.7.3 Once a Ticket is purchased, the Ticket Purchaser or Ticket Owner will not be entitled to cancel the Ticket and receive a refund, except where expressly set out in these Ticket Terms.

7. Changes to Dates, Refunds & Exchanges

8.1 Without prejudice to the Club’s rights to cancel or withdraw a Ticket, the Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Ground any person: 8.1.1 who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry; 8.1.2 whose entry into the Ground is likely to, in the reasonable opinion of the Club, result in a failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry; 8.1.3 who is subject to a sanction imposed by the Club; or 8.1.4 who is prohibited (whether by law or otherwise) from attending any football ground (including the Ground) or is the subject of criminal or civil proceedings.8.2 Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any serious or persistent breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry to cancel and withdraw a Ticket and to eject a Ticket Owner from the Ground. In the event of such cancellation, no refund will be paid in respect of the Ticket. In such cases, a Ticket Owner’s conduct may be presented to the Club’s Sanctions Panel. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above the following actions shall constitute a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry: 8.2.1 smoking in any part of the Ground; 8.2.2 being (or appearing to be) intoxicated; 8.2.3 persistent standing in seated areas whilst the Match is in progress; 8.2.4 the sale or transfer (save as permitted in these Ticket Terms) of a Ticket to any person; 8.2.5 the possession of a banner or flag that bears material or slogans that are offensive, obscene, abusive or racist; 8.2.6 the deliberate misuse of a Ticket; 8.2.7 the supply of any misleading or incorrect information in any application made to the Club; 8.2.8 the throwing of any object within the Ground that may cause injury, damage, distress or annoyance to people or property without lawful authority or excuse; 8.2.9 whether at the Ground, or, travelling to or from a Match or at any event, occasion or location linked to the Club: 8.2.10 the use of discriminatory, foul, obscene, abusive and/or racist language and/or gestures; 8.2.11 the chanting of anything of an indecent or racist and/or discriminatory nature; 8.2.12 fighting or engaging in and/or inciting violence; 8.2.13 bringing and/or using any of the following items onto Club premises and/or into the Ground: illegal drugs, other illegal substances, fireworks, firecrackers, smoke canisters, air horns, flares, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels or any item that might be used as a weapon or compromise public safety; 8.2.14 entering the playing area in the Ground or any adjacent area to which spectators are not generally admitted without lawful authority or excuse; 8.2.15 any misrepresentation in relation to clause 2.2 above; 8.2.16 breach of the terms of any Club membership (if so applicable); 8.2.17 any breach of clauses 5 or 6 above; 8.2.18 any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to the Club (or any third party operating on the Club’s behalf); 8.2.19 use, or where the Club suspects use, of software that is designed to enable, facilitate, gain advantage or bypass any part of the ticket purchasing process or Club account application; 8.2.20 purchase, or attempted purchase, of tickets with a view, in the Club’s reasonable opinion, to any person obtaining financial gain; 8.2.21 any purchase, or attempt to purchase, more than 4 Tickets using the same payment method; 8.2.22 any actual or suspected breach of The Breaching of Limits on Ticket Sales Regulations 2018; 8.2.23 any prohibited activity as defined in the Commitment or any other activity in contravention of the Commitment; 8.2.24 any failure to comply with any policies and/or procedures communicated by the Club within the Ticket Information; 8.2.25 the use of a Burner Phone or a screenshot of an E-Ticket to enter the Ground; 8.2.26 the forwarding or distribution of any Home Match Ticket to an E-Ticket downloaded to a Burner Phone, or via sending another supporter a screenshot of an E-Ticket; 8.2.27 the manipulation of an E-Ticket in any way (as determined by the Club), or the use of any manipulated E-Ticket; 8.2.28 the forwarding or distribution of any Home Match Ticket(s) to an account that has: 8.2.28.1 supplied misleading or incorrect information; and/or 8.2.28.2 failed to complete the Club’s identity verification processes as requested. 8.2.29 the unauthorised forwarding or distribution of any PA (personal assistant) tickets assigned to a disabled supporter’s account; or 8.2.30 without prejudice to any of the foregoing, any other breach of the Ground Regulations.8.3 The Club may conduct security searches where it has reason to believe that any of the breaches set down in this clause have either occurred or may occur.8.4 If a Ticket Owner is under 16 years old, his/her parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are responsible for his/her actions, conduct and compliance with the Terms & Conditions of Entry. This means that, for the avoidance of doubt, where a Ticket Owner who is under 16 years old or under is subject to a Club sanction, the Club may also apply the sanction to their parent(s) and/or guardian(s).8.5 In the event that a Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled in accordance with clause 8 the Club reserves the right to exclude the Ticket Purchaser and/or Ticket Owner from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify, at its discretion, a Ticket Purchaser and/or Ticket Owner from applying for tickets for any Match (including, without limitation, any Ticket(s)), and to notify any Football Authority or other football clubs of such exclusion and/or disqualification (and the reason(s) for such exclusion and/or disqualification). In addition, as set out at 8.2 above, a Ticket Owner’s conduct may be subject to the Club’s Official Sanctions Process.

8. Cancellation & Withdrawal of a Ticket

9.1 The Club is committed to equality and diversity, and it is important that all of our fans share the Club's principles of inclusion and the Commitment.9.2 We require all Ticket Owners to refrain from engaging in any conduct which is racist, homophobic or abusive and to refrain from any other discriminatory behaviour, including but not limited to discriminatory behaviour in relation to the following characteristics: 9.2.1 age; 9.2.2 disability; 9.2.3 gender reassignment; 9.2.4 marriage and civil partnership; 9.2.5 pregnancy and maternity; 9.2.6 race; 9.2.7 religion or belief; 9.2.8 sex; and/or 9.2.9 sexual orientation.9.3 Ticket Owners who engage in any of the behaviours set out at clause 9.2 may (regardless of the medium in which such behaviour takes place): 9.3.1 be subject to actions taken in accordance with Club policies on anti-discrimination as stated on the Club’s website; 9.3.2 be refused entry to or evicted from the Ground; 9.3.3 have their Ticket cancelled or withdrawn; 9.3.4 be prevented from purchasing tickets for future Matches and/or other non-football events which take place at the Ground; 9.3.5 be suspended or banned from entering the Ground on future occasions; 9.3.6 be subject to the Club’s Official Sanctions Process; and/or 9.3.7 be subject to prosecution in accordance with law.

9. Equality and Anti-Discrimination

10.1 All Ticket Owners who enter Club premises and/or the Ground acknowledge that photographic images, audio, visual or audio-visual recordings and/or feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be taken of them and may also be used by third parties as determined by the Football Authority and/or the Club (as applicable) (including by way of example and without limitation, within televised coverage of the applicable Match, for promotional, training, editorial or marketing purposes by the Club, Club partners, the Football Authority (as applicable) and/or by accredited media organisations), and use of a Ticket to enter the Ground constitutes consent to the use of your image in the aforementioned ways. A Ticket Owner further acknowledges that photographic images, audio, visual and/or audio-visual recordings and/or feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be used (subject to applicable data protection laws) by the Club and/or any appropriate third party (such as an applicable law enforcement body) to identify individuals for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime, or any breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry.10.2 All Ticket Owners agree that the Match for which the Ticket has been purchased are public, and that their appearance and actions inside the Ground and/or on Club premises are public in nature, and that they shall have no expectation of privacy with regard to their actions or conduct at that Match.

10. Filming, photography and taping

11.1 The Club operates licensed standing in seated accommodation areas at the Ground as part of the UK Government’s scheme on safe standing in conjunction with the Sports Grounds Safety Authority (the “Licensed Standing in Seated Areas”). Only Ticket Owners who have tickets to the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas are permitted to access the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas. Ticket Owners who have tickets to the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas shall: 11.1.1 occupy the space in front of the seat allocated to them on their Ticket only and must not move to different spaces within the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas or to different areas of the Ground; 11.1.2 expect that other spectators will be standing while play is in progress (although, of course, they may sit on their allocated seat before and after the activity, or during an interval or halftime break); 11.1.3 not sit or stand on the rails, or stand on the seats in the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas; 11.1.4 not permitted to admit anyone who does not have a ticket to the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas to the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas; 11.1.5 be respectful towards staff, stewards, and other fans at all times; 11.1.6 behave appropriately in the Licensed Standing in Seated Area – anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated; 11.1.7 unless needing to use facilities, not move around in the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas and shall stay in the designated space only as described on the relevant ticket and in accordance with clause 11.1.1; 11.1.8 not be permitted to stand in the gangways or on the steps in the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas to watch the Match and acknowledges that these are for accessing and leaving seats only; and 11.1.9 acknowledge that any failure to comply with the conditions set out in this paragraph 10 may lead to Ticket Owners being ejected from the Ground, banned from all Matches and/or subject to any official sanctions imposed by the Club in line with the Club’s Official Sanctions Process, and the Ground may lose the right to maintain the Licensed Standing in Seated Areas.

11. Licensed Standing in Seated Areas

12.1 If a Ticket Purchaser is unable to attend a Match, they may do either of the following: 12.1.1 put their Ticket up for sale in relation to the applicable Match through the Club’s official ticket exchange facility (“Ticket Exchange”), detail of which can be found at <a href="http://www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/ticket-exchange">www.liverpoolfc.com/tickets/ticket-exchange</a>; or 12.1.2 transfer their seat to one of their Friends and Family members using the Club’s ticket forwarding feature within their supporter account (“Ticket Forwarding”).12.2 Please note that where a Ticket Owner uses Ticket Forwarding, they shall be responsible for the actions of the member of Friends and Family using the Ticket as if such actions were their own, and the Club reserves its rights to take any action against a Ticket Purchaser and/or the member of Friends and Family where a member(s) of their Friends and Family are in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry (such action to include, without limitation, the cancellation of the Ticket).

12. Ticket Exchange and Ticket Forwarding

13.1 Nothing in these Ticket Terms limits or excludes the liability of remedy of the Club, you or any other person for 13.1.1 death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Club or Club Personnel 13.1.2 fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Club; or 13.1.3 any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, neither the Club nor the Club Personnel shall have any liability (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or restitution, or for breach of statutory duty or misrepresentation, or otherwise howsoever) and applying to both a business Ticket Owner and a consumer Ticket Owner (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for: 13.2.1 any loss, theft, damage or injury to a Ticket Owner and/or any third party or to any property, articles or possessions belonging to a Ticket Owner or any third party in or upon or around the Ground or any car park; 13.2.2 any loss or damage arising from any cancellation, postponement or rearrangement of a Match including, without limitation, any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs; 13.2.3 any failure to carry out or delay in carrying out any of the Club’s obligations under these Ticket Terms, including: (i) admitting a Ticket Owner to the Ground; or (ii) making a Ticket Owner’s allocated seat available to them, in each case when caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control; 13.2.4 any loss, injury, costs, expenses or damage of any kind connected to a Ticket Purchaser’s use of Ticket Exchange and/or Ticket Forwarding, including, without limitation, any liability relating to any problem with, suspension of or termination of the Ticket Exchange or Ticket Forwarding; 13.2.5 any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of business, loss of data, loss of or damage to goodwill, wasted expenditure or any indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.13.3 No Football Authority nor the Club shall be responsible for any interruptions and/or restrictions to the view of the Match caused by virtue of: (a) the position of the seat; and/or (b) the actions of other spectators.

13. Exclusion of Liability

14.1 If a Ticket Owner has any problem with their Ticket, they should contact the Club using the details found <a href="http://www.liverpoolfc.com/info/contact-us">here</a>. In addition, where the Ticket Owner is a consumer, the Ticket Owner can obtain further guidance and advice from Citizens Advice (<a href="http://www.adviceguide.co.uk">www.adviceguide.co.uk</a>)14.2 The Alternative Dispute Resolution body for the Club is The Independent Football Ombudsman. The Independent Football Ombudsman can be contacted at <a href="https://www.theifo.co.uk/contact-us/">https://www.theifo.co.uk/contact-us/</a>.14.3 The Club reserves the right to change these Ticket Terms from time to time and shall publish such changes on the Club website if they materially affect your rights as a consumer.14.4 Ticket Owners acknowledge that the Club will hold and process their data, which may include personal data, for administrative, security and legal purposes. The personal data that a Ticket Owner provides to the Club shall be processed, stored and transferred in accordance with the terms of the Club's then current privacy policy available at <a href="https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/privacy-policy">https://www.liverpoolfc.com/legal/privacy-policy</a>. In particular, the Club may share personal data, including a Ticket Owner’s name, date of birth, contact details and information about ticket purchases (including payment details and the names of ticket holders) with other football clubs or any law enforcement agency. The Club may also share a Ticket Owner’s data in order to support with the handling of fan enquiries and to allow for rapid identification of fans in the event of incidents including health emergencies and general crowd control emergencies. For more information on how we process data and who we share it with, please consult our privacy policy at the above link.14.5 Whilst at the Ground and/or on Club premises a Ticket Owner’s personal data may be collected by and shared with other parties including, without limitation, any Football Authority and law enforcement authorities. For details on how and why personal data will be processed by such parties, please refer to the relevant party’s privacy notice.14.6 The invalidity or partial invalidity of any provision of these Ticket Terms shall not prejudice or affect the remainder of these Ticket Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision of these Ticket Terms would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable.14.7 The Club’s failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, power or remedy provided by these Ticket Terms or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power or remedy.14.8 The Terms & Conditions of Entry constitute the entire agreement between the Club and the Ticket Purchaser and/or Ticket Owner and neither the Club, the Ticket Purchaser nor the Ticket Owner shall have any claim or remedy in respect of any statement, representation, warranty or undertaking made by or on behalf of any other party in relation to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which is not set out therein.14.9 If there is any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between any provision of these Ticket Terms and any provision of the Ground Regulations, the relevant provision of these Ticket Terms shall take precedence.14.10 Notwithstanding any other provision in these Ticket Terms and with the exception of any Football Authority, no other person other than the Ticket Purchaser or the Club has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely on or enforce any term of these Ticket Terms. Nothing in these Ticket Terms shall affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available other than as a result of the aforementioned Act.14.11 These Ticket Terms and any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of or in connection with these Ticket Terms, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales for the purposes of resolving any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of or in connection with these Ticket Terms, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims). Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Ticket Owner is a consumer and: (i) is resident in Scotland then legal proceedings may be brought in either the Scottish or the English courts; or (ii) is resident in Northern Ireland, then legal proceedings may be brought in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
