Past playersBill Keech

    • Years: 1895

    • Appearances: 6

Bill Keech represented Liverpool in six successive Second Division matches in the club's third season as members of the Football League, in 1895-96.

He played in the Reds' half-back line, an area of the team where numerous changes were made during the course of the campaign.

In fact, considering the club won the Second Division championship that year (although only on goal average from Manchester City), it was surprising the team was not really settled, with no player being ever-present and 22 men being used at some stage of the 30-game season.
