Kieran Gibbs is reportedly being lined up for a summer approach from Liverpool.

Arsenal's long-term defender has been at the club since 2004 but his future is under increasing speculation.

Nacho Monreal is Arsene Wenger's first choice left-back at the Emirates which has left Gibbs lacking game time.

And with two years left on his current deal, Football Insider claim an extension hasn't been discussed with Liverpool preparing a bid.

Jurgen Klopp is said to want competition for Alberto Moreno at Anfield with other left-backs such as Leicester's Ben Chilwell also on their radar.

And the Foxes' youngster is being monitored by the Gunners too.

Arsenal are ready to cash in on England international Gibbs, with Liverpool weighing up a potential move.

The 26-year-old is apparently valued at £12million by the Gunners and they're said to be willing to listen to offers.

Newcastle reportedly made a loan enquiry for Gibbs back in January but Wenger blocked any deal happening mid-season.

Having been overlooked by Roy Hodgson for England's Euro 2016 squad and Wenger consistently this term, Gibbs may consider leaving north London this summer.
