Jurgen Klopp has reportedly sent Liverpool scouts to watch Poland youngster Dawid Kownacki.

Klopp is looking to bolster his attack in the summer as he begins to shape the team in his mould.

And according to the Daily Mirror he has now set his sights on Polish teenager Kownacki as he looks at potential Reds forwards.

Kownacki, who has been likened to Robert Lewandowski, is currently playing for Lech Poznan.

Lewandowski also began his career at Poznan before Klopp signed him at Borussia Dortmund in 2010.

Kownacki has scored seven goals in 22 games for Poznan so far this season.

The 19-year-old made his first-team debut aged just 16, and has gone on to make 65 appearances for the club.
