'The fans will see a lot more of Alberto Moreno'
Alberto Moreno believes the best is yet to come from him at Liverpool as he continues to learn from manager Jürgen Klopp.
The Spaniard has established himself as the Reds' first-choice left-back this term, with his pace on the counter and aggressive style of defending making him a good fit for the style of play the boss is currently implementing at Anfield.
But, given his tender years, Moreno acknowledges that he still has improvements to make.
The former Sevilla man is of the opinion, however, that Klopp is the ideal coach to aid his development in the coming years.
"He always says that he wants me to attack but above all I have to defend and be in my position," he told Liverpoolfc.com.
"I know that I am a defender and defending is the most important thing but if I see an opportunity to attack I will do it as well.
"I am 23 years old now and I have a lot left to learn, a lot to improve and a lot to grow as a player.
"The fans will see a lot more of Alberto Moreno."
Moreno went on to explain that it is Klopp's commitment to getting the best out of the players at his disposal that he is particularly encouraged by.
"I think he has been here long enough to know all the players, their attributes and how they can contribute to the team," he added.
"The manager is very smart, he loves his profession and football and he is very dedicated to it.
"However, he also knows that we all have to keep improving and to do better than we are doing so far."
