Free: Honigstein hails 'wonderful' in-form Firmino
Raphael Honigstein appeared on LFCTV's Press Box this week and the German football expert was full of praise for in-form Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino.
Firmino, who joined the Reds from Bundesliga side Hoffenheim last summer, has begun to evidence his quality more regularly since the turn of the year, putting in a number of standout performances.
In February, the Brazilian picked up the PFA Player of the Month award in recognition of his fine form in the Barclays Premier League.
And Honigstein is not surprised to see the No.11 flourishing.
He said: "He has so much confidence at the moment. He doesn't play like somebody who's thinking, who's questioning himself, and that's very different to the beginning of his Liverpool career.
"In terms of potential and technical ability he's a wonderful player, but he also needs that bit of extra confidence to make it show every single week."
