After taking a first look at Melwood, their new permanent elite training facility, on Thursday evening, the Reds trained at the Academy for the last time.

Matt Beard's squad face Manchester City Women in a behind-closed-doors friendly on Saturday, and they completed a Friday workout in the Kirkby sunshine ahead of that match.
