The 21-year-old goalkeeper stepped off the bench in the second half of his nation's 3-1 victory over Kazakhstan in a friendly on Tuesday evening.
The milestone arrived on the back of Pecsi's first season at Liverpool, where he has featured regularly for the U21s and been part of the senior team's matchday squad on five occasions.
He posted on Instagram: "The day I will always remember. A dream come true, but this is only the beginning!"
