The Reds returned to the summit of English football by winning the Premier League title in 2024-25 under Arne Slot.
A 20th top-flight championship in history was secured on a memorable Anfield day in April, with four matches still to play.
That achievement has gained Liverpool a nomination for Club of the Year, alongside FC Barcelona, Botafogo, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain.
The winners will be revealed at a ceremony in Paris on September 22.
