Go behind the scenes of Liverpool FC Women’s build-up for Sunday’s fixture with our new edition of ‘Inside Training’.

Matt Beard’s side are back at Prenton Park for a 2pm GMT kick-off against Brighton & Hove Albion Women in the Barclays Women’s Super League.

Our cameras were at the AXA Melwood Training Centre on Friday to see the Reds squad in preparation for the Seagulls’ visit.
