The Argentinian helped the Reds claim seven points from their three fixtures in March, including one goal and two assists.

Mac Allister set up winners for Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah against Nottingham Forest and Brighton & Hove Albion respectively, which sandwiched his own strike from the penalty spot versus Manchester City.

He is up against Alexander Isak, Rodrigo Muniz, Cole Palmer, Antoine Semenyo, Son Heung-min and Ben White for the Player of the Month prize.
