Accessible services and information

We welcome any supporters using an assistance dog, although we do ask for advanced notification so that we can allocate an appropriate space and ensure that we have facilities or support available for you and your dog. Any medical equipment that may be required will also be welcome with advance notification. Please let us know when purchasing tickets that you will be accompanied by an assistance dog, or if you require any specific medical equipment.

We do not have storage facilities for walking aides or wheelchairs inside the stadium. Any fans who use a wheelchair or walking aide to get to the stadium on matchday should contact our disability ticketing team on 0151 264 2500 or contact via email on disability@liverpoolfc.com. Our specialist team will assist with any requirements relating to access. This does not include those supporters who have already been allocated a wheelchair bay.

Accessible amenities and toilets

There are accessible toilets within the Stadium, all toilets are clearly sign posted. There are also two Changing Places facilities available in the Stadium: one in the Kop and another in the Main Stand.

A radar key is required for all accessible toilet facilities. Radar keys are available from stewards close to each facility Toilets are equipped with mirrors, distress alarm systems, support rails, high contrast décor, hand dryers, sinks and coat hooks at accessible heights and lever taps on sinks.

Sensory Room

A sensory room is located in the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand and has a range of specialist equipment. It has been created to enable people with sensory needs to experience football matches in a comfortable and controlled environment with unrestricted views of the pitch behind soundproof glass.

The sensory room is available most matchdays throughout the season. The Sensory Room opens two hours before kick-off and a parking space will be provided with all bookings.
