Zara Shaw played the whole of England U19s’ final fixture of the international window on Wednesday afternoon.

The Liverpool FC Women midfielder was in the starting XI for a meeting with the Netherlands at the Albir Garden Tournament in Spain.

England prevailed 5-3 on penalties after the tie ended in a 1-1 draw, with Shaw now set to return to club duty ahead of the Reds’ Barclays Women’s Super League trip to Crystal Palace on Sunday.
