NewsVideo and photos: Liverpool lift the Premier League trophy at Anfield

After the season finale against Crystal Palace, the Reds got their hands on the silverware that they had clinched in April with four games to spare.

Captain Virgil van Dijk was presented with the trophy by the legendary Alan Hansen for the initial lift, followed by joyous scenes inside the stadium as players and fans celebrated the club’s 20th league title together.

The squad collected their individual medals in recognition of championship success and embarked on a lap of honour around the ground.
