Mohamed Salah has become the first Liverpool player to score in five consecutive European Cup matches at Anfield.

The Egyptian got on the scoresheet in the Reds' Champions League home opener with Bologna on Wednesday night.

He has picked up from where he left off in 2022-23 – when Anfield last hosted the competition – having netted in the clashes with AFC Ajax, Rangers, Napoli and Real Madrid.

Bologna are the 25th different opponent Salah has scored against in Europe for Liverpool.
