NewsMo Salah wins LFC Goal of the Month for October

The Egypt international secured a 1-0 victory in the Premier League showdown at Anfield as he brought down Alisson Becker’s pass with a spin past his marker, drove forward and finished coolly in front of the Kop.

That effort claimed more than half of the vote in our Goal of the Month poll, ahead of Trent Alexander-Arnold’s free-kick in the home win over Rangers.

Salah’s last strike of a hat-trick at Ibrox took third place, in fourth was Ben Doak’s solo goal against Rangers in the UEFA Youth League, and Harvey Elliott’s blast at AFC Ajax completed the top five.
