Saturday's charity match – which was watched by a sell-out crowd of close to 60,000 – finished 4-2 in the Reds' favour thanks to a second-half comeback that featured goals from Gregory Vignal, Djibril Cisse, Nabil El Zhar and Fernando Torres.

Ajax had led by two at half-time thanks to strikes by Derk Boerrigter and Kiki Musampa but, while attacking the Kop end, Liverpool turned the game around after the break.

Presented by AXA, the charity match raises vital funds for LFC Foundation's work in the local community and beyond, as well as official former players association Forever Reds.
