AcademyLiverpool U18s squad pay visit to local synagogue
The visit saw the players immerse themselves in the traditions and cultures of the Jewish community, while also learning about their history within the city.
While in attendance at the synagogue, players and staff paid their respect to the victims and survivors of the Holocaust at the remembrance plaque located within.
LFC education manager Caitlin Hawkins said: "Our players were very professional and respectful throughout the visit and came away with a greater understanding of the Jewish community within the city.
"In addition to this, our players were more informed of the Holocaust and how it has impacted Jewish communities across Europe."
