Liverpool pay Anfield respects alongside family of Diogo Jota and Andre Silva

Liverpool’s squad and staff paid their respects to Diogo Jota and Andre Silva at Anfield today, alongside members of the brothers’ family.

The Reds gathered at the poignant memorial site that has formed outside the stadium in honour of Diogo and Andre, who tragically died in a road traffic accident in Spain last Thursday.

They were alongside Diogo’s wife, Rute – the pair had three children together and celebrated marriage just last month, on June 22 – and family.
