LFC asks fans to return UCL final feedback forms by June 5

Liverpool FC would like to thank the many thousands of supporters who have returned their Champions League final feedback forms, and ask anyone who has not completed it yet to do so by Sunday June 5.

So far, in excess of 6,500 forms have been completed by fans who were in Paris on Saturday night. The form can be accessed online here and has been sent via email directly to supporters who purchased a ticket for the game.

The club officially requested a formal and transparent investigation into the issues supporters faced in and around Stade de France, before and after kick-off.

Once again, LFC would like to thank fans for taking the time to complete the form and share their experiences with us.
