NewsJames McConnell returns to Liverpool from Ajax loan

The midfielder joined the Eredivisie side last August and made seven appearances in all competitions.
He is now back at the AXA Training Centre with the Reds after the temporary deal with Ajax was ended.
McConnell, who has played 13 senior games for Liverpool to date, signed a new long-term contract at Anfield before the switch to the Netherlands.
