NewsJames Balagizi injury update

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder is on a season-long loan with Crawley Town, though was on international duty with England U19s last week.

He was forced to withdraw from training before Crawley’s match with Stevenage after his return to the League Two side last Friday.

Balagizi signed a new contract with the Reds in June and had made an impressive start to his loan spell, scoring three goals and recording one assist.

He will now be assessed on Merseyside to determine the full extent of the injury.
