Go behind the scenes of Liverpool FC Women's preparations ahead of their clash with Chelsea in our latest edition of 'Inside Training'.

Matt Beard's outfit travel to the capital on Saturday afternoon to take on the Blues in the Barclays Women's Super League at Stamford Bridge (1.30pm GMT kick-off).

Our cameras were on hand at the AXA Melwood Training Centre on Thursday to catch exclusive footage from the build-up to the contest - take a look in the free video below.
