Important safety information for fans travelling to Marseille

Full sales details for away tickets for the match at Orange Velodrome on Wednesday January 21 (8pm GMT kick-off) have been released and can be accessed here.

Before purchasing tickets, the club would like to make supporters aware of the important safety measures that have been advised by the local authorities in Marseille for the visit.

We are aware that the fan experience at some European away fixtures is incomparable to the experience supporters are used to at domestic away games or indeed how visiting European fans experience Anfield.

In the meantime, we will continue to hold pre and post-match engagement meetings with relevant stakeholders and members of Spirit of Shankly and the Liverpool Disabled Supporters Association around our European away matches, as we did before this fixture.

All fans are asked to follow the advice from the local authorities when travelling to Marseille.

Supporters are strongly advised to book accommodation near to the fan meeting point on Place de la Joilette.

The LFC Help Centre will be at La Coque, Place Basse, Pl. Henri Verneuil, 13002 Marseille, a five-to-seven minute walk from the fan meeting point.
