Germany U21s pay Hillsborough respects

Germany's U21s squad have paid their respects to the 97 supporters who lost their lives in the Hillsborough disaster.

The national youth team are in Sheffield this week to face their England counterparts in a friendly at Bramall Lane on Tuesday night.

Ahead of the fixture, the players and staff visited the memorial at Hillsborough stadium, laying a floral wreath in memory of the victims of the tragedy on April 15, 1989.
